Welcome to solitude.  Shortly after arriving in late November 2007, I happened upon a property that I felt would be excellent for a small development. Upon further investigation and due diligence, I made the decision to move forward and develop the property now known as solitude.

solitude is located just over the bridge, 200 yards north of San Pedro across from the Reef Village development. We have chosen to market solitude to purchasers seeking a new condominium with mid-luxury finishing and quality at an affordable price. Our pre-construction pricing will range from the mid $270 s to just over $300,000.00 with a projected completion date of July 2009. There will be excellent amenities close by as a 26 store mall slated to be built across the street that will feature a theatre, grocery store, gym, dry cleaner, restaurants and various boutiques. The owners of the large vacant property to the south of solitude have indicated they will be developing a resort in the future. Public beach access is currently 250 yards to the north of solitude.
